Some Words

These 2 kids have been together since the day they were born. My daughter E and her buddy CD ( C-Dog!) We live next door to eachother, go on vacations together, and sit outside on the patio and chat, and do ALOT together. Their family is now part of our family.

They are the best of friends and sometimes they are like brother and sister and fight and tease eachother. Now these two wonderful kids will be in the same second grade class this year. All I have to say is Good Luck to the teacher and hopefully these two don't cause TOO much trouble.

Bargains for Babies

You never know what you can find at a garage sale. I love "g-saling!!" We had our neighborhood sale this weekend. I didn't have a chance to shop the sales, but did make some good shopping money. My youngest and loudest had a great time going from sale to sale. She bought Webkinz for 50 cents each ( no tags for the game world), lemonade, cookies, and something she was so proud of.....

She came up to me and told me how she found the cutest shorts for the beach. I said that's great, how much did you pay for them...25 cents. I asked to see the cutest shorts for the beach and I did see the cutest shorts for the beach on 6-MONTH OLD!! Yes, everyone, my daughter bought 2 pairs of the cutest beach shorts made for a baby. I guess that is what I get for letting my 7 year old daughter go down a few houses and let her go wild on her allowance. We got a bag full of Webkinz, 2 pairs of shorts that fit no one I know, and styrofoam cups with lemonade remnants.

My Baby is 7!!

Happy Birthday my little angel. She loves that her birthday falls on Valentine's Day. She loves hearts and all things pink. You are now 7 and I can't believe how big you are. We had a great celebration with family and friends.

I Lost It

Emma lost her front tooth today. I came home from work and she gave me a big smile and there was a hole. She lost her tooth while eating lunch today. Not at school...they had a half day so Grandma took the kids to Subway. It came out in her sandwich. She was real excited for the tooth, not the tooth fairy. She will not leave her tooth under her pillow or even in her room. She is afraid of the tooth fairy. No convincing her either...I've tried. I guess the tooth fairy will get to save her money this time. Emma decided to color herself with sidewalk chalk...that is why she is so ashy.

This is why Emma has been wearing a whistle around her neck. She is the referee!

Little Miss E

It is picture day at school...Here she is Little Miss Emma....

She woke up early took a shower, put in her earrings all by herself ( she doesn't want my help), wore her new dress, I got to fix her hair ( usually she wants to do it), and she said " Do I look beautiful today?" She is our little princess that is for sure.
